Homemade Mango salad (Thai Style)

here are mango season... haha... my company have 3 nos of mango tree and full with small mango..
it's apple mango which the size small compare with normal mango size..

Tree Name: Apple Mango Tree
Size: Green apple size
Colour: Apple Green

so we plan to make Mango Salad.. (Thai Mango Salad) with local mango
the taste really yummy, trust me beside im not the Chief of Mango....

Chief = Ms Fangwei (she is the one always cook lunch for us =)

Ingredient for Mango Salad

1] Mango - unfamiliar (生芒果) - Peeled skin

















2] Red Onion (红洋葱)
   


















3] Fish sauce (鱼露)



















4] Lemon(柠檬或酸酐)














5] White sugar (白糖)


Lets Start our delicious Mango Salad  

P/s: - make sure the mango size all same don't too slim or thick (taste problems)
注意:芒果别太粗或细会影响口感...


 Step 1 - Cut all the mango into a small strip (as show in photo)



Step 2 - Put some of the mango into bowl  or container


 
 Step 3 - Add 3 spoon of sugar into the mango and another lay of mango
(Repeat n repeat)




Step 4 - put all mango to bigger bowl and mix it well with mango and sugar 

Step 5 - squeezed all the mango and keep it into a container and keep into freeze for (3-5 days)

P/s: the mango syrup yummy.. dont throw the syrup and we can make juice too..



3-5 days later... Mango is ready for Salad....
  


Step 1: cut union to small piece or round piece


Step 2: take some mango from freeze add in fish sauce and red onion - mix it well

P/s: take the taste if not enough can add more fish sauce to make taste more delicious.



if you like spicy you can add some chili, cucumber or peanut.


Omg~~~ the taste really yummy.... sweet & sour Mango Salad is ready to eat...
Trust me you definitely love it...
