Hahaha... to be honest this year damn scary sia...
lucky i have bodyguard to protect me....

this is my 3rd time attend Halloween Night party at USS, 1st & 2nd is free ticket from my best friends and 3rd time have to pay out of pocket cause we going on Saturday. i'm learn from lesson will prefer buy frequent fear pass (Express pass) with $118.00 and we do not to Q for long and can play all the game.

too many people and we're wasting time for Q-ing 1-2hrs per game. we go in 7.00pm manage to see opening with the magic show.. that's nice.. dont miss it...

my friends they late and only manage to visit 2 theme house. We're lucky can still manage to visit 2 theme ghost house and 1 4D movie and 2 rider.. Next year definelty will buy express lane to avoid the Q can able to play all the game.

1st Haunted Houses we manage to visit at 7.30pm and just 15min Q is Adrift

recommended by my cousin sister friends.. (most scare haunted house for her) but for me still fine with it... we can feel the floor is shake, water spit out  and the ghost is hiding here n there..

2nd Haunted Houses we manage to visit at 8.45pm and we wait about 50min Q was Song of Death..

Strong recommended by Me... hahaha... for me this is the most scary haunted house compare... you can feel the burning feeling and the sound effect thumb-up (the chopped ghost scared me) hahaha...
the ghost come out from cabinet and mirror... wth... this really scary... MUST VISIT no matter how long the Q..

3rd Haunted Houses we only Q for 1hrs and the Q still very long end we give-up to visit is House No. 13 this should be scary house as well cause the Q is super long...

she super scare on ghost, even watch movie also cover with finger.. but she still gonna try Halloween at USS.. so you guy must try too..

Mango with Longan Plum Juice

Remember our mango salad? Syrup of mango??

Yes.. now i'm teaching you all how to use the Mango Syrup that we get it from our Mango salad..

Mango with Longan Plum Juice

 

yes it's mango salad syrup....

 

Remove all the mango fruits.... we only need the syrup

Prepare some plum to increase the taste...

 

cut the plum into small piece 

 

add in cold water if not the mango syrup will be too sweet... 

P/s: taste it if to sweet add more water..

prepare 1 tin of Longan fruits....

 wash the Longan to remove the tin smell 

add in Plum and Longan into mango juice

P/s: if wan the taste more delicious can add some lemon make it more tastly.

 

Omg.... the taste is so Yummy.... Trust me you may try it..

Homemade Mango salad (Thai Style)

here are mango season... haha... my company have 3 nos of mango tree and full with small mango..
it's apple mango which the size small compare with normal mango size..

Tree Name: Apple Mango Tree
Size: Green apple size
Colour: Apple Green

so we plan to make Mango Salad.. (Thai Mango Salad) with local mango
the taste really yummy, trust me beside im not the Chief of Mango....

Chief = Ms Fangwei (she is the one always cook lunch for us =)

Ingredient for Mango Salad

1] Mango - unfamiliar (生芒果) - Peeled skin

2] Red Onion (红洋葱)

   

3] Fish sauce (鱼露)

4] Lemon(柠檬或酸酐)

5] White sugar (白糖)

Lets Start our delicious Mango Salad  

P/s: - make sure the mango size all same don't too slim or thick (taste problems)

注意：芒果别太粗或细会影响口感...

 Step 1 - Cut all the mango into a small strip (as show in photo)

Step 2 - Put some of the mango into bowl  or container

 

 Step 3 - Add 3 spoon of sugar into the mango and another lay of mango

(Repeat n repeat)

 

Step 4 - put all mango to bigger bowl and mix it well with mango and sugar 

Step 5 - squeezed all the mango and keep it into a container and keep into freeze for (3-5 days)

P/s: the mango syrup yummy.. dont throw the syrup and we can make juice too..

3-5 days later... Mango is ready for Salad....

  

Step 1: cut union to small piece or round piece

Step 2: take some mango from freeze add in fish sauce and red onion - mix it well

P/s: take the taste if not enough can add more fish sauce to make taste more delicious.

if you like spicy you can add some chili, cucumber or peanut.

Omg~~~ the taste really yummy.... sweet & sour Mango Salad is ready to eat...

Trust me you definitely love it...

Banana cake

i'm so miss my handmake banana cake... 

share my receipe with you guys..


Items you need to prepare






5 eggs
300g Sugar
400g Banana
300g Plain flour (sifted)
1tsp Baking powder
1/2 tsp Soda bi-carbonate (spongy)
200g Corn oil / cooking oil/ butter oil

** Remember prepare all ingredient before you start everything... 









Method:
Preheat oven to 160 degrees C
Grease and line deep 10" square baking tin with paper

1) Whisk eggs, sugar and banana for 10-15min at max speed until stiff

2) add sifted floor, baking powder and soda bicarbonate and fold well by HAND

3) add in corn oil and mix well (control oil if you feel oily stop it)

4) Pour into baking tin and bake for 40-45min

Use knife or fork to test the cake make sure didnt have sticky mean cook well..

Walnut With Sunflower Seed Cookies Recipe

I'm here to share my cookies recipe that learn from CC class with Richard Goh at AMK, Singapore...

You may try this cookies... i love it very much... Yummy...

what you need to prepare as below:-

Ingredients:
(1) 250g Hard butter
(2) 100g Demarara sugar
(3) 50g Molasses sugar
(4) 1 Egg
(5) 400g Plain flour
(6) 1tsp Baking powder
(7) 1/2tsp Cinnamon powder, optional
(8) 100g Walnut, toasted & chopped
(9) 100g Sunflower seed

















Please take note: Remember prepare all ingredients and equipment before you start baking...

Lets start...

Method:

Preheat oven to 180 degrees C.

1) Cream butter, demarara sugar and molasses sugar at medium speed for about 15min until fluffy.

2) Add in egg at a slow speed, add e dry ingredients (pain flour, baking powder, cinnamon powder, walnut and sunflower seeds) and mix well. Avoid over-mixing.

3) Shape mixture into small pieces and place on a greased baking tray. Bake for about 20min or until golden brown. Makes about 80 small cookies.
