Non-bake Orea Cheese Cake Recipe...

Over the weekend as requested by elder sister i had bake a Orea Cheese Cake...
super yummy... i love it more compare with Mango cheese cake as i did last month...
here to share ingredient with you guys... must try if you free.. easy & simple...



Chris' Orea Cheese Cake Recipe.. 

This recipe yields one 7" round cake 
OR a 16cm heart shaped cake with 3 - 4 mini cheesecakes

Cheese Cake Base...
180g digestive biscuits or Oreo Biscuits
80g unsalted butter, melted

2nd Layer- Cheese layer...
250g cream cheese, room temperature
75g castor sugar
250g plain yoghurt
100g water
2.5 tbsp gelatin
100g orea biscuits or more (if u like more)




prepare 250g Cream Cheese


180g for base and Oreo biscuit 100g mix into cheese mixture



180g digestive biscuit as base or orea (either one)


i choose Digestives biscuit as cheese cake base cause the taste will be more delicious not so sweet and can feel different taste...

Lets start......
Step 1....


prepare a bag or ziplock bag for the digestive biscuits or Orea biscuits
prepare 80g - unsalted butter (Melted butter)
seal up the bag and crush biscuits using a hard object...
once your biscuits are crumbly and sandy, pour in melted butter and mix it well
once biscuits mixture is ready it will resemble wet sand.
pour biscuits mixture into cake ring and compact it with hard object or flat object..



once biscuits mixture compacted pop it into freeze to set for 30min...



and get ready for 2nd layer...





prepare 250g  - cream cheese (From room temperature) 
75g - castor sugar or white sugar
250g - plain yoghurt (any brand)
100g - water (tap water)
2.5 tbsp - gelatin (any brand)
100g - Oreo (Crushed) can be more if you like






1) 100g water with 2.5 tbsp gelatin and mix well - pop into the Microwave oven to warm up on medium heat about 2min.
2) prepare 250g cream cheese and 75g castor sugar (mix it well on low speed still creamy) 
3) once cream cheese creamy add in gelatin mixture that has been cooled down to room temperature and mix it well on low speed.
4] add in 250g plain yoghurt - mix well on low speed
5] add in crushed Orea - mix well on low speed
6] take out the base from freeze and pour the cream mixture to the biscuit base and put into freeze for 1.30 hrs.


 COMPLETE


easy and simple to complete the Orea Cheese Cake... hope you guy like it...




mum request the base of biscuit must be thicken then the mango cheese.. so i thicken it...
